Keurig B3000SE
I love Keurig coffeemakers. My first experience with one was in the workplace.
It was such a delight to be able to enjoy great flavored coffees without having to run out to the nearest high priced coffee store. I know this saved me a lot of money during the timeframe I worked there. I’m sure employers like it because it keeps employees on site and no doubt increases productivity!
Keurig makes quite a few different models of coffee makers to meet different needs. The Keurig B3000SE for example is a commercial brewing system not meant to be used in the home. Their commercial brewers are built for the higher demands of the workplace and are not a good idea for the home environment. Similarly, it’s not a good idea to take a model intended for home use and place it in a work environment because it just isn't made for so much use.
The Keurig B3000SE can brew a perfect cup of tea, hot cocoa, coffee or iced beverage with just the touch of a button. In less than one minute everyone in the office can brew something to meet their unique tastes.
The storage of ejected K-cups is a nice feature because it’s automatic and only needs to be emptied every 12 to 15 brew cycles. This is a very nice feature if you’ve got a lot of tired or lazy folks who forget to take their used K-cup out for the next person.
The LCD panel provides step-by step instructions so even a technophobe can figure out how to work this machine. It even comes with the ability to select the size of your cup.
The only downside with this model is that there is no “cancel” button. Once you’ve hit start, you better have your cup under the spigot or you’ll have hot water all over the place and let’s hope you selected the right size of cup because there’s no canceling this process once it’s started. Guess they figured by the time you were on the job, you should be fully awake and not make such mistakes.
If you are looking for ways to keep costs down in your office, consider adding the vending capability accessory (available for American and Canadian coins only). This is one great way to recoup the basic costs and keep consumption down to reasonable levels.
Great add-on to any Keurig!
I have to say, I’ve got my eye on the Keurig one touch milk frother. This would make a great addition to any home or small office because it allows you to add warmed or frothed milk to your gourmet Keurig coffee. It only takes 90 seconds to do its job but adds so much to your coffee enjoyment. Although it is easy to clean because of its non-stick surface, it does need cleaning so it may not be suitable for a large office setting where there are usually quite a few people who never want to up after themselves.
